Masterson’s Lounge, nestled in the bustling area of Moonee Ponds , advertises itself as a stylish, alternative venue , but my most recent experience at this establishment became a nightmarish ordeal . While the bar may appear inviting from the outside , what I encountered behind its walls was disgraceful and unfit for any venue.
Cleanliness Issues : Squalid and Abandoned
From the moment I crossed the threshold, it was evident that hygiene was not a priority at this bar . The floorboards were filthy, and a overpowering stench of decaying beverages and filthy restrooms polluted the entire bar . Smelling a mixture of excrement , putrefaction and a sickly smell.
